What types of cleaning can I request?
You can request home, accommodation, office, retail, medical practice, strata, venue, gym, warehouse, cold storage, event, commercial handover, builders and accessible window cleaning. Bin area cleaning, site consumable restocking and contract support can also be assessed. Each service page explains the normal scope and practical limits.
Which areas do you service?
Hobart and surrounding suburbs are our primary service area. Regional work is assessed by arrangement, based on the service, job size, timing and available schedule, so include the suburb or town in your enquiry.
Do you clean offices and commercial premises?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for offices, retail and showrooms, health practices, strata common areas, hospitality venues, gyms, warehouses, distribution centres and other suitable commercial premises. Cold storage, waste areas and specialist sites require a separate assessment. Service pages explain the floors, shared areas and periodic work available for each setting.
Can you manage Airbnb and holiday rental turnovers?
Yes. A turnover can include cleaning the agreed rooms, a kitchen and bathroom reset, linen changes using linen kept at the property, restocking from on-site supplies, completion photos and notes about visible issues. Availability depends on the property and the time between guests.
What does final builders cleaning cover?
We quote final presentation cleaning for completed areas before inspection or handover. Dust levels, surface types, specialist residues, loose waste, remaining trade activity, utilities and window access must be assessed before the work is accepted.
Can I request fragrance free or environmentally preferred cleaning products?
Yes, where suitable for the surface and job. Tell us about fragrance sensitivity, asthma, allergies, children, pets, delicate finishes, septic or greywater systems and any products you want us to avoid. We will confirm the proposed products and method before the service.
